The hotel is in a very good location with lots of shops and restaurants! Easy access to the metro to get anywhere in Istanbul! Very clean rooms and daily cleaning, especially good service from cleaning lady Lali! The staff was very helpful with anything we needed and also very friendly and even upgraded our room with a balcony! The restaurant offers a selection of hot and cold breakfast options and even freshly squeezed orange juice. The restaurant managers Sinan Bey and Ersin Bey were always very helpful and a special thank you goes to them and their team! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay in Istanbul!

Location was excellent, near to tourist points, easy to catch metro. Breakfast was nice, good variety. Room was good, but glass partition in bathroom was very uncomfortable and feel bad, there should be wooden or block partition between room & bathroom. Also ablution pipe (Muslim shower) has to be fixed for WC in bathroom. As Muslim we feel bad a WC without water ablution connection.

Nice location, friendly staff, close to public transport. We stayed at the 6th floor, with a small balcony, the room was a bit small but very clean, with a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

Centrally located with only a leisurely walk to the Bazaar, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Room was pleasant with decent amenities - we were lucky to have a balcony with some lovely views of the city. Breakfast was included and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. The receptionist was very helpful with organising our transfer to and from the airport.

Centrally and conveniently located, with easy transportation to Istanbul's major attractions, in a quiet street, overlooking a peaceful neighborhood park. Lots of eateries, mini-markets nearby, without the excess hordes of Sultanameht. Superb breakfast. Outstanding staff, especially one Mr. Kemal Yigit, a young, promising collaborator which management would do well in further investing in the genntleman. Resourceful, dedicated, Mr. Yigit demonstrated many times a willingness to go beyond his line of duty. Kudos for him.
